Forever Forward started because we kept seeing the same truth: Black and Brown communities are full of talent—smart, creative, resilient people—yet too often locked out of the fastest-growing opportunities. We also saw fathers wanting to lead while carrying pressure with no blueprint. So we built a bridge: skills + leadership + community.
